Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PubCrawlPro (the "Service"), operated from the Netherlands. By creating an account, joining a crawl, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PubCrawlPro helps organisers run pub crawls and lets participants rate venues, log drinks, view leaderboards, and message their buddies. We offer the Service to two types of users: tour operators who run crawls professionally, and participants who join a specific crawl using an event code and a personal PIN.

Operators register with an email address and password. Participants join an event with an event code, a display name, and a 6-digit PIN; this PIN protects your participant profile, so keep it private. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or PIN, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

PubCrawlPro involves venues that may serve alcohol. You must meet the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to consume alcohol, and you agree to drink responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. The Service is intended for social, non-hazardous use. Never drink and drive.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, attempting to access other users' data, or disrupting the platform.

Participants and hosts may make one-time purchases to unlock a crawl. Operators may subscribe to a paid plan billed monthly. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Mollie; we do not store full card details. Prices are shown in euros and, where applicable, exclude VAT.

Operator subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, one-time unlocks and partial subscription periods are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (ratings, comments, photos, and similar). By submitting content, you grant PubCrawlPro a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the Service for the purpose of operating your crawl. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content and photos you upload.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PubCrawlPro disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any incident occurring during a crawl.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
